What Can I Facilitate?

Anything that supports a group of people in collaborating more effectively, exchanging perspectives, or reaching decisions.

How It Works

Finding the right facilitator isn’t easy—but that’s where I come in.

I understand the facilitation space inside and out, and am committed to making your event a success.

1

You submit a request

You tell me about why and when you need a facilitator, and a few more details on your event.

2

I review your submission

I review your request and determine if we are a good fit. If not, I will point you to alternative options.

3

We book a call

We schedule a call to discuss further details of your event and/or challenge, and we start the process.

About Me

After years as a special education teacher and founder of an executive function coaching business, I kept seeing the same issue: meetings didn’t work.

The loudest voice often drove the outcome, while the real challenges remained unsolved.

I wanted to better support school districts and my own team— but no one teaches you how to facilitate meaningful collaboration.

So I dove into the world of facilitation and trained with AJ&Smart. The turning point came when a district invited me to speak—then asked me to help their special education team.

Through facilitation, we uncovered that their biggest struggle was making Academic Workshops more effective. What followed wasn’t me providing answers, but guiding the team to build their own.

Today, I help leaders within organizations step forward, align around a shared purpose, and co-create solutions to their biggest challenges.

If you’re ready to make your next meeting impactful, let’s talk.
